Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 9 years of post qualification experience in a PSU or large Corporate (company with the turnover of Rs.100 crore or more in FY 2024-2025) in handling Board matters, statutory compliance, corporate governance, regulatory coordination, statutory filings with authorities like ROC, MCA etc
Desirable Post Qualification Experience: work experience in Project /infrastructure sector companies
